Acoustically Locating Malaysian Flight MH370

This site is dedicated to helping family and friends of the passengers of Malaysian flight MH370 find some closure by locating the missing plane.

Hydrophone data has been reanalyzed based on the possibility of an implosion or buckling sound as parts of the plane sank about an hour after it was lost.

The result is a relatively narrow search area on the 7th Arc, centered at 25.773S 101.5E near the NE skirt of the Batavia seamount where underwater locator beacon pings were first detected.
